Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3

Verily the tree of Zaqqum: 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 Like dregs of oil; it shall boil in (their) bellies, 45 as the boiling of the hot water. 46 (It will be said of such sinners), "Seize them and drag them into the middle of hell. 47 “Then pour on his head the punishment of boiling water.” 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 In gardens and springs; 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 There they shall not taste death, except the first death, and He will shield them from the punishment of Hell, 56 a bounty from thy Lord; that is the mighty triumph. 57 We have made this Quran easy to understand, in your own language, so that they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
