▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for such as fear the time when they will stand before (the Judgment Seat of) their Lord, there will be two Gardens- 46 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 47 Having numerous branches. 48 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 49 In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free); 50 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors would you then deny? 51 In both of them are two pairs of every fruit. 52 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 53 [They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low. 54 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 57 [When you are promised splendours] as though [of] rubies and [of] pearls 58 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 59 Is there any Reward for Good - other than Good? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And besides these two other gardens -- 62 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 63 green, green pastures -- 64 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 65 In which will be two fountains gushing forth. 66 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 73 Untouched by any man or jinn, before them. 74 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie? 75 [They will live in such a paradise] reclining upon green cushions and the finest carpets. 76 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
