The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken by a terrible quake 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 on that Day it will narrate its account, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 whoever has done the smallest particle of good will see it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
