Keep the prayer established, from the declining of the sun until darkness of the night, and the Qur’an at dawn; indeed the angels witness the reading of the Qur’an at dawn. 78 And as for the night, keep vigil a part of it, as a work of supererogation for thee; it may be that thy Lord will raise thee up to a laudable station. 79 Say: 'Lord, grant me an entrance of sincerity and an exit of sincerity, and give me from Yours a victorious power' 80 And say: "Truth has come and falsehood nullified." Verily falsehood is perishable. 81 What We have sent down of the Qur'an is a healing and a grace for the faithful, and adds only loss for the sinners. 82 Whenever We bestow favours upon man, he arrogantly turns away and draws aside; and whenever evil visits him, he is in utter despair. 83 Say: 'Each human works in his own manner. But your Lord knows very well who is best guided on the way' 84
