BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 full of various trees. 48 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 49 Wherein are two fountains flowing. 50 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 51 In which are fruits of all kinds, each of two varieties. 52 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 53 reclining upon couches lined with brocade, the fruits of the gardens nigh to gather -- 54 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 57 As though they are jacinth and coral. 58 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be anything other than goodness? 60 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 61 And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens - 62 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 63 Of darkest verdant green -- 64 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 65 In them (each) will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance: 66 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 67 Wherein is fruit, the date-palm and pomegranate. 68 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 69 Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 houris, cloistered in cool pavilions -- 72 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 73 No man or jinn ever touched them before. 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 [In such a paradise will they dwell,] reclining upon meadows green and carpets rich in beauty. 76 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78
