Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 and does not urge others to feed the needy. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
