The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The Calamity! 1 What is the terrible calamity! 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He will be in a pleasant life. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 What will convey to you what this is like? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
