۞ And We inspired Musa (Moses), saying: "Take away My slaves by night, verily, you will be pursued." 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities musterers: 53 They announced “These people are a small group.” 54 and they have enraged us, 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 We therefore got them out from the gardens and water springs. 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 and We saved Moses and those who were with him together, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
