Then, when the Messengers (the angels) came unto the family of Lout (Lot). 61 He said: "Ye appear to be uncommon folk." 62 They said: "Nay, we have come to you with that (torment) which they have been doubting. 63 and we have come to you with the truth, and surely we are truthful, 64 "So leave with your family late in the night, yourself remaining in the rear, and let none turn back to look, and go where you will be commanded." 65 And We made known this decree to him, that the root of those (sinners) was to be cut off in the early morning. 66 And there came the people of the city rejoicing 67 Lut said: "These are my guests: disgrace me not: 68 Have fear of God and do not humiliate me". 69 They said: forbade we not thee against the worlds? 70 He said: 'Here are my daughters; take them (in marriage), if you would be doing' 71 Verily, by thy life (O Prophet), in their wild intoxication, they wander in distraction, to and fro. 72 So they were seized by the mighty blast at break of day; 73 And We utterly confounded them, and We rained upon them stones of heated clay. 74 Surely in this are signs for those who examine. 75 And indeed that township is upon a road still in use. 76 Verily in that is a sign for the believers. 77 AND THE DWELLERS of the wooded dales [of Madyan, too,] were inveterate evildoers, 78 On them, too, We took vengeance, and they are both on a clear roadway. 79

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
