In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1
Praise belongs to God, the Lord of all Being, 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 Owner of the Day of Recompense. 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone turn for help. 5 Guide us the straight way. 6 The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray. 7
