The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful 1

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds - 2 Most Gracious, Most Merciful; 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help. 5 Keep us on the right path. 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not of those on whom is indignation brought down, nor of the astray. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
