The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful 1

[All] praise is [due] to Allah, Lord of the worlds - 2 The Merciful, the Compassionate 3 The Master of the Day of Recompense. 4 You alone we worship and from You alone we seek help (and may we always). 5 Guide us (O Lord) to the path that is straight, 6 the path of those to whom You have granted blessings, those who are neither subject to Your anger nor have gone astray. 7
