The Key (Al-Faatehah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace 1

Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful 3 Master of the Day of Judgment. 4 Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid. 5 Guide us to the Straight Way 6 The path of those upon whom You have bestowed favor, not of those who have evoked [Your] anger or of those who are astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
