Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1
All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 2 The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, 3 Master of the Day of Judgment, 4 (Lord), You alone We do worship and from You alone we do seek assistance 5 Guide us to the straight path - 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured. Not of those on whom is indignation brought down, nor of the astray. 7
