In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1
All praise is due to God, the Lord of the Universe; 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 Owner of the Day of Recompense. 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Guide us to the straight path - 6 The way of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, not of those who have been condemned [by Thee,] nor of those who go astray! 7
