In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 The Merciful, the Compassionate 3 The Master of the Day of Recompense. 4 Thee only we serve; to Thee alone we pray for succour. 5 Guide us the straight way. 6 The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
