In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, 2 the Beneficent, the Merciful 3 King of the Day of Judgement. 4 Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help. 5 Direct us on to the Straight Way, 6 The path of those whom You have favoured – Not the path of those who earned Your anger – nor of those who are astray. 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
