Say thou: go about in the earth and then see what wise hath been the end of the beliers. 11 Say: 'To whom belongs that which is in the heavens and the earth' Say: 'To Allah. He has written for Himself mercy, and will gather you on the Day of Resurrection in which there is no doubt. Those who have lost their souls, they do not believe' 12 ۞ And to Him belongs whatsoever inhabits the night and the day; and He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing.' 13 Say, “Shall I choose as a supporter someone other than Allah, Who is the Originator of the heavens and the earth and Who feeds and does not need to eat?” Say, “I have been ordered to be the first to submit myself (to Him), and O people, do not be of the polytheists.” 14 (Muhammad), say, "Because of the torment of the Great Day, I am afraid to disobey my Lord". 15 He from whom it is averted on that day, Allah indeed has shown mercy to him; and this is a manifest achievement. 16 If Allah touch thee with hurt there is no reverser thereof but He, and if He touch thee with good, then He is over everything Potent. 17 And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted [with all]. 18 Say (O Muhammad): What thing is of most weight in testimony? Say: Allah is Witness between me and you. And this Qur'an hath been inspired in me, that I may warn therewith you and whomsoever it may reach. Do ye in sooth bear witness that there are gods beside Allah? Say: I bear no such witness. Say: He is only One Allah. Lo! I am innocent of that which ye associate (with Him). 19 The People of the Book know him (Muhammad) just as well as they know their own children, but those who have lost their souls will not believe. 20
