Al-An 'aam 7 of 20
Say (O Muhanimad!): 'I have been forbidden to serve those to whom you call other than Allah.' Say: 'I do not follow your desires, for were I to do that, I would go astray and would not be of those who are rightly guided.' 56 Say, "I stand by the clear evidence from my Lord, yet you deny it. What you seek to hasten is not within my power. Judgement is for God alone. He declares the truth. He is the best of judges." 57 Say: If that which you desire to hasten were with me, the matter would have certainly been decided between you and me; and Allah best knows the unjust. 58 ۞ And with Him are the keys of the Unseen; none knoweth them but He. And He knoweth whatsoever is in the land and the sea. Not a leaf falleth but He knoweth it, nor a seed-grain groweth in the darkness of the earth, nor aught of fresh or dry but is in a Book luminous. 59 He it is Who gathereth you at night and knoweth that which ye commit by day. Then He raiseth you again to life therein, that the term appointed (for you) may be accomplished. And afterward unto Him is your return. Then He will proclaim unto you what ye used to do. 60
