He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth. How can He have a son when He had no female companion? He created all things and has knowledge of all things. 101 He is God your Lord. There is no God but He. He has created all things. Worship Him for He is the Guardian of all things. 102 No vision can grasp Him, but His Grasp is over all vision. He is the Most Subtle and Courteous, Well-Acquainted with all things. 103 Proofs have come unto you from your Lord, so whoso seeth, it is for his own good, and whoso is blind is blind to his own hurt. And I am not a keeper over you. 104 So We turn about the signs, that they may say, 'Thou hast studied'; and that We may make it clear to a people having knowledge. 105 Follow what has been revealed to you from your Lord: there is no deity but Him; and ignore the polytheists. 106 Had God wanted, they would not consider anything equal to Him. God has not appointed you to watch over them nor are you their guardian. 107 Do not revile those who invoke others apart from God, lest they begin to revile God out of malice and ignorance. We have made attractive their deeds to every people. They have to go back to their Lord, when He will tell them what they used to do. 108 They have sworn by God the most earnest oaths if a sign comes to them they will believe in it. Say: 'Signs are only with God.' What will make you realize that, when it comes, they will not believe? 109 We (too) shall turn to (confusion) their hearts and their eyes, even as they refused to believe in this in the first instance: We shall leave them in their trespasses, to wander in distraction. 110
