The hypocrites and those whose hearts are sick, say, "The (believers') religion has deceived them." Those who trust in God will find Him Majestic and All-wise. 49 If you could only see the infidels as the angels draw away their souls and strike their faces and their backs, (saying): "Taste the torment of burning 50 This is your punishment for what your hands wrought. Allah is not unjust in the least to His creatures.' 51 Like Pharaoh's people and those that have gone before them, they rejected God's signs and God seized them for their sins. God is strong, and severe in punishment! 52 This is because Allah does not change the favour He has bestowed upon any people until they first change themselves, and indeed Allah is All Hearing, All Knowing. 53 Like the ways of Firaun’s people and those before them; they denied the signs of Allah – We therefore destroyed them on account of their sins and We drowned the people of Firaun; and they all were unjust. 54 Verily, The worst of moving (living) creatures before Allah are those who disbelieve, - so they shall not believe. 55 who make promises but break them every time, and who have no piety. 56 Wherefore if thou over-takest them in war, disperse thou through them those behind them, that haply they may be admonished. 57 If you (O Muhammad SAW) fear treachery from any people throw back (their covenant) to them (so as to be) on equal terms (that there will be no more covenant between you and them). Certainly Allah likes not the treacherous. 58
