▼ 8 The Spoils of War
Al-Anfaal 8 of 10

Do not suppose that the unbelievers have outstripped (Allah). They cannot frustrate Me. 59 And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.) to threaten the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know. And whatever you shall spend in the Cause of Allah shall be repaid unto you, and you shall not be treated unjustly. 60 ۞ If they incline to peace, incline to it also, and put your trust in Allah. Surely, He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 61 And if they seek to deceive thee, then verily Allah is sufficient unto thee. He it is who aided thee with His succour and with the believers. 62 And brought together their hearts. If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together. Indeed, He is Exalted in Might and Wise. 63 O Prophet, Allah suffices you and whosoever follows you of the believers. 64
