۞ If every soul that has done evil possessed all that is in the earth, he would offer it for his ransom; and they will be secretly remorseful when they see the chastisement, and justly the issue is decided between them, and they are not wronged. 54 Why, surely to God belongs everything that is in the heavens and earth. Why, surely God's promise is true; but the most of them have no knowledge 55 He gives life and brings about death, and to Him you shall all return. 56 People, an admonition has now come to you from your Lord, and a healing for what is in the chests, a guide and a mercy to believers. 57 Say, "In the bounty of Allah and in His mercy - in that let them rejoice; it is better than what they accumulate." 58 Say: Tell me what Allah has sent down for you of sustenance, then you make (a part) of it unlawful and (a part) lawful. Say: Has Allah commanded you, or do you forge a lie against Allah? 59 Think how those who invent lies against Him will be treated on the Day of Judgement? Allah is bountiful to men yet most of them do not give thanks. 60
