AND IN whatever condition thou mayest find thyself, [O Prophet,] and whatever discourse of this [divine writ] thou mayest be reciting, and whatever work you [all, O men,] may do - [remember that] We are your witness [from the moment] when you enter upon it: for, not even an atom's weight [of whatever there is] on earth or in heaven escapes thy Sustainer's knowledge; and neither is there anything smaller than that, or larger, but is recorded in [His] clear decree. 61 Oh, surely the friends of Allah have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve - 62 Those who believe and obey God, 63 will receive glad news both in this life and in the life hereafter. The words of God do not change. This alone is the supreme triumph 64 And let not their speech grieve you; surely might is wholly Allah's; He is the Hearing, the Knowing. 65 OH, VERILY, unto God belongs whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on earth: hence, what is it that they follow - those who invoke, beside God, beings to whom they ascribe a share in His divinity? They follow but the conjectures [of others,] and themselves do nothing but guess 66 He it is Who has appointed for you the night that you may rest therein, and the day to make things visible (to you). Verily, in this are Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) for a people who listen (i.e. those who think deeply). 67 Some people have said that God has begotten a son. God is too Glorious to have a son! God is Self-sufficient and to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. In this, you (people) have no authority. Do you ascribe to God things of which you have no knowledge? 68 Say: "Verily, those who invent lie against Allah will never be successful" 69 [For them is brief] enjoyment in this world; then to Us is their return; then We will make them taste the severe punishment because they used to disbelieve 70
