(O Prophet!) Whatever you may be engaged in, whether you recite any portion of the Qur'an, or whatever else all of you are doing, We are witnesses to whatever you may be occupied with. Not even an atom's weight escapes your Lord on the earth or in the heaven, nor is there anything smaller or bigger than that, except that it is on record in a Clear Book. 61 Now surely the friends of Allah-- they shall have no fear nor shall they grieve. 62 they who have attained to faith and have always been conscious of Him. 63 there is for them glad tidings in this present life and in the Everlasting Life. The Word of Allah is unchanging, that is the mighty triumph. 64 (Muhammad), let not their words disappoint you; all dignity belongs to God. He is All-hearing and All-knowing. 65 Verily whoever dwells in the heavens or the earth belongs to Allah. Those who invoke others beside Allah, associating them with Him in His divinity, only follow conjectures and are merely guessing. 66 It is He who made for you the night to rest therein and the day, giving sight. Indeed in that are signs for a people who listen. 67 They say: Allah has taken a son (to Himself)! Glory be to Him: He is the Self-sufficient: His is what is in the heavens and what is in the earth; you have no authority for this; do you say against Allah what you do not know? 68 Say: 'Those who forge falsehoods against Allah shall not prosper' 69 They may enjoy the life of this world, but in the end they must return to Us, and then We shall cause them to taste severe chastisement for their disbelieving.' 70
