(O Prophet!) Whatever you may be engaged in, whether you recite any portion of the Qur'an, or whatever else all of you are doing, We are witnesses to whatever you may be occupied with. Not even an atom's weight escapes your Lord on the earth or in the heaven, nor is there anything smaller or bigger than that, except that it is on record in a Clear Book. 61 Oh, surely the friends of Allah have nothing to fear, nor shall they grieve - 62 Those who believed (in the Oneness of Allah - Islamic Monotheism), and used to fear Allah much (by abstaining from evil deeds and sins and by doing righteous deeds). 63 will receive glad news both in this life and in the life hereafter. The words of God do not change. This alone is the supreme triumph 64 And let not their saying grieve thee. Verily honour is Allah's wholly. He is the Hearer, the Knower. 65 OH, VERILY, unto God belongs whoever is in the heavens and whoever is on earth: hence, what is it that they follow - those who invoke, beside God, beings to whom they ascribe a share in His divinity? They follow but the conjectures [of others,] and themselves do nothing but guess 66 He it is Who hath appointed for you the night that ye should rest therein and the day giving sight. Lo! herein verily are portents for a folk that heed. 67 They say, "God has begotten a son." Glory be to Him. He is the Self-Sufficient One; everything in the heavens and on the earth belongs to Him. Do you have any authority for this? Would you ascribe to God something which you do not know? 68 Say: Verily those who invent a lie concerning Allah will not succeed. 69 Enjoying a little in the earth, they have then to return to Us – We will then make them taste a severe punishment, the recompense of their disbelief. 70
