And We verily did allot unto the Children of Israel a fixed abode, and did provide them with good things; and they differed not until the knowledge came unto them. Lo! thy Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they used to differ. 93 So if you (O Muhammad SAW) are in doubt concerning that which We have revealed unto you, [i.e. that your name is written in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] then ask those who are reading the Book [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] before you. Verily, the truth has come to you from your Lord. So be not of those who doubt (it). 94 and neither be among those who are bent on giving the lie to God's messages, lest thou find thyself among the lost. 95 Those against whom your Lord's word has been confirmed will never believe; 96 Even if every Sign was brought unto them,- until they see (for themselves) the penalty grievous. 97 Why did no one except the people of Jonah believe (in their punishment before their death) so that they could have benefitted from their faith? When the people of Jonah believed, We saved them from a disgraceful torment in this life and provided them with the means of enjoyment for an appointed time. 98 Had your Lord wished, the whole of mankind would have believed in Him. (Muhammad), do you force people to have faith? 99 And it is not for a soul to believe except by permission of Allah, and He will place defilement upon those who will not use reason. 100 Tell them: 'Observe carefully all that is in the heavens and the earth.' But no signs and warnings can avail those who are bent on not believing. 101 What are they waiting for except to witness the repetition of the days of calamity that their predecessors witnessed? Tell them: 'Wait; I too am waiting with you. 102 Then We shall save Our Noble Messengers and the believers – this is it; it is incumbent upon Our mercy to save the Muslims. 103
