In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
Alif. Lam. Ra. These are verse of the Scripture that maketh plain. 1 Indeed We have sent down an Arabic Qur’an, so that you may perceive. 2 In revealing this Quran to you, We tell you the best of the stories of which you were unaware. 3 Remember when Yusuf (Joseph) said to his father, “O my father! I saw eleven stars and the sun and the moon – I saw them prostrating to me.” 4 his father said, "My son, do not tell your dream to your brothers lest they plot against you; satan is the sworn enemy of man. 5 Your Lord will choose you and teach you to interpret events, and confer His favours on you and the house of Jacob, as He had done in the case of two ancestors of yours, Abraham and Isaac, before you. Indeed your Lord is all-knowing and all-wise." 6
