The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
A. L. M. 1 This is the Scripture whereof there is no doubt, a guidance unto those who ward off (evil). 2 Who believe in the unseen, establish prayer, and spend out of what We have provided for them, 3 And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith]. 4 They are on (true) guidance, from their Lord, and it is these who will prosper. 5 Those who deny your message will not believe whether you warn them or not 6 God has sealed their hearts and their hearing, and over their eyes is a veil; and awesome suffering awaits them. 7
