The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

AlifLaamMeem. 1 That is the Book, wherein is no doubt, a guidance to the godfearing 2 Those who believe in the unseen and keep up prayer and spend out of what We have given them. 3 And who believe in what has been revealed to you, [O Muhammad], and what was revealed before you, and of the Hereafter they are certain [in faith]. 4 These depend on guidance from their Lord. These are the successful. 5 As for those who deny, it is all the same if you warn them or not, they will not believe. 6 God has set a seal on their hearts and on their hearing, and on their eyes is a covering, and there awaits them a mighty chastisement. 7
