In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Alif, Lam, Meem. 1 This is The Book free of doubt and involution, a guidance for those who preserve themselves from evil and follow the straight path, 2 Those who believe without seeing (the hidden), and keep the (obligatory) prayer established, and spend in Our cause from what We have bestowed upon them. 3 who have faith in what has been revealed to you and others before you and have strong faith in the life hereafter. 4 They have found the guidance of their Lord and will be successful. 5 Verily those who have disbelieved, it is equal to them whether thou warnest them or warnest them not; they will not believe. 6 God has sealed their hearts and hearing and their vision is veiled; a great punishment awaits them. 7
