O you who believe! seek assistance through patience and prayer; surely Allah is with the patient. 153 Do not consider those who are slain for the cause of God to be dead. They are alive but you are unaware of them. 154 We shall certainly test you with fear and hunger, and loss of property, lives and crops. Give good news to those who endure with fortitude. 155 Who say, when a misfortune striketh them: Lo! we are Allah's and lo! unto Him we are returning. 156 It is they upon whom their Sustainer's blessings and grace are bestowed, and it is they, they who are on the right path! 157 ۞ Verily! As-Safa and Al-Marwah (two mountains in Makkah) are of the Symbols of Allah. So it is not a sin on him who perform Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage) of the House (the Ka'bah at Makkah) to perform the going (Tawaf) between them (As-Safa and Al-Marwah). And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allah is All-Recogniser, All-Knower. 158 Those who conceal the clear signs and the guidance that We have sent down, after We have shown them clearly in the Book -- they shall be cursed by God and the cursers, 159 Except for those who repent and correct themselves and make evident [what they concealed]. Those - I will accept their repentance, and I am the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful. 160 But those who deny, and die disbelieving, bear the condemnation of God and the angels and that of all men, 161 They will remain in it forever; neither will the punishment be lightened for them, nor will they be given respite. 162 And your God is one God! there is no god but He; He is the Beneficent, the Merciful. 163
