When the caravan left the town, their father said, "I smell Joseph's scent. I hope that you will not accuse me of senility". 94 They said: "Surely you are still in your same old craze." 95 But when the bearer of good tidings came to him, and laid it on his face, forthwith he saw once again. He said, 'Did I not tell you I know from God that you know not?' 96 Said (the sons): "O our father, pray for us that our sins be forgiven, for we are really sinners." 97 He said: presently I shall pray for forgiveness for you of my Lord; verily He! only He is the Forgiving, the Merciful. 98 Then, when they entered unto Yusuf (Joseph), he betook his parents to himself and said: "Enter Egypt, if Allah wills, in security." 99 And he raised his parents upon the throne and they fell down in prostration before him, and he said: O my father! this is the significance of my vision of old; my Lord has indeed made it to be true; and He was indeed kind to me when He brought me forth from the prison and brought you from the desert after the Shaitan had sown dissensions between me and my brothers, surely my Lord is benignant to whom He pleases; surely He is the Knowing, the Wise. 100 ۞ O my Lord! Thou hast given me (something) of sovereignty and hast taught me (something) of the interpretation of events - Creator of the heavens and the earth! Thou art my Protecting Guardian in the world and the Hereafter. Make me to die muslim (unto Thee), and join me to the righteous. 101 (O Muhammad), this is part of news from the Unseen that We reveal to you for you were not present with them when Joseph's brothers jointly resolved on a plot. 102 Yet - however strongly thou mayest desire it - most people will not believe [in this revelation,] 103 And no reward dost thou ask of them for this: it is no less than a message for all creatures. 104
