۞ Have you not seen those who have changed Allah's favor for ungratefulness and made their people to alight into the abode of perdition 28 They shall be roasted in Gehenna; an evil establishment! 29 For, they claimed that there are powers that could rival God, and so they strayed from His path. Say: "Enjoy yourselves [in this world,] but, verily, the fire will be your journey's end!" 30 Speak to my servants who have believed, that they may establish regular prayers, and spend (in charity) out of the sustenance we have given them, secretly and openly, before the coming of a Day in which there will be neither mutual bargaining nor befriending. 31 God is the One who created the heavens and the earth, sent down water from the sky by which He produced fruits for your sustenance, enabled you to use boats to sail on the sea, and placed the rivers at your disposal, all by His command. 32 and He subjected to you the sun and the moon, which are constant in their courses. And, He has subjected to you the night and the day, and gave you all that you asked of Him. 33 And He hath vouchsafed unto you some of everything ye asked Him. And if ye would count Allah's favours, ye can not compute them; verily man is a great wrong-doer, highly ungrateful. 34
