And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 And there is not a thing but that with Us are its depositories, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 And We have already known the preceding [generations] among you, and We have already known the later [ones to come]. 24 Indeed your Lord only will raise them all on the Day of Resurrection; indeed only He is Wise, All Knowing. 25
