It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 And there is not of aught but with Us are the treasures thereof, and We send it not down save in a measure known 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 And verily, it is We Who give life, and Who give death: it is We Who remain inheritors (after all else passes away). 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 Indeed your Lord only will raise them all on the Day of Resurrection; indeed only He is Wise, All Knowing. 25
