We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 And We have guarded it from every outcast devil, 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 As for the earth, We have stretched it out and have cast on it firm mountains, and have caused to grow in it everything well-measured. 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 Surely We know those of you who have passed before and those who will come later. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
