Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 Except him (devil) that gains hearing by stealing, he is pursued by a clear flaming fire. 18 And the earth - We have spread it and cast therein firmly set mountains and caused to grow therein [something] of every well-balanced thing. 19 and there appointed for you is a livelihood, and for those you do not provide. 20 And there is not a thing but its (sources and) treasures (inexhaustible) are with Us; but We only send down thereof in due and ascertainable measures. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 And verily We! it is We who give life and death, and We shall be the survivors. 23 To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
