And indeed, We have put the big stars in the heaven and We beautified it for the beholders. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. 20 There is not a thing but its storehouses are with Us. But We only send down each thing in an appropriate measure: 21 We send rain-impregnated winds, and water from the sky which you drink, but you are not the keepers of its store. 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And verily We know the eager among you and verily We know the laggards. 24 Your Lord will resurrect them all; He is All-wise and All-knowing. 25
