We have set constellations in the heavens and made them pleasing to the beholders, 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 except for those who stealthily try to listen to the heavens, but who are chased away by a bright flame. 18 We have spread out the earth, and set upon it firm mountains and caused everything to grow in due proportion. 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 And We send the fecundating winds, then cause the rain to descend from the sky, therewith providing you with water (in abundance), though ye are not the guardians of its stores. 22 And certainly We! We it is Who give life, and cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And indeed, We know the first generations of you who had passed away, and indeed, We know the present generations of you (mankind), and also those who will come afterwards. 24 Indeed your Lord will gather them all together. Surely He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
