And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 and We have made them secure against every satanic force accursed 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 We have provided on it sustenance for you, and for those you cannot provide. 20 For, no single thing exists that does not have its source with Us; and nought do We bestow from on high unless it be in accordance with a measure well-defined. 21 And We send the winds fertilising, and cause water to descend from the sky, and give it you to drink. It is not ye who are the holders of the store thereof. 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 We know the ones of you who press forward, and We know the laggards; 24 And indeed, your Lord will gather them; indeed, He is Wise and Knowing. 25
