We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 And We have guarded it from every Satan damned. 17 Except for he who steals the listening and is then pursued by a visible flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible. 20 There is not a thing but its storehouses are with Us. But We only send down each thing in an appropriate measure: 21 And We have sent the fertilizing winds and sent down water from the sky and given you drink from it. And you are not its retainers. 22 It is We who give life, and make to die, and it is We who are the inheritors. 23 We know those of you who press forward, and We know the laggards, 24 And verily, your Lord will gather them together. Truly, He is All-Wise, All-Knowing. 25
