Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 and We have guarded it from every accursed devil: 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 And most surely We bring to life and cause to die and We are the heirs. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 And verily thy Lord! He will gather them, and verily He is Wise, Knowing. 25
