Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 and guarded them from every accursed Satan 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and them doth a clear flame pursue. 18 We have spread out the earth, fixed mountains thereupon and caused everything to grow to its proper weight 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 And there is not a thing the treasure* of which is not with Us; and We do not send it down except by a known measure. (* The power to create it.) 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 It is indeed We Who grant life and cause death and it is We who shall be the sole Inheritors of all. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 Indeed your Lord only will raise them all on the Day of Resurrection; indeed only He is Wise, All Knowing. 25
