Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers. 16 and have protected them against every accursed satan 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 We have spread out the earth and set upon it firm mountains. Everything We have caused to grow therein is justly weighed; 19 and there appointed for you livelihood, and for those you provide not for. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We loose the winds fertilising, and We send down out of heaven water, then We give it to you to drink, and you are not its treasurers. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
