Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have placed constellations in heaven and have beautified it for beholders, 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 But he who steals a hearing, so there follows him a visible flame. 18 And the earth We have spread out (like a carpet); set thereon mountains firm and immovable; and produced therein all kinds of things in due balance. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 And there is not a thing but with Us are the treasures of it, and We do not send it down but in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 It is We who give life and cause things to die and We are the sole Heirs. 23 And certainly We know those of you who have gone before and We certainly know those who shall come later. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
