And certainly We have made strongholds in the heaven and We have made it fair seeming to the beholders. 16 And We have protected it from every devil expelled [from the mercy of Allah] 17 Except the ones who listen on the sly, yet they are chased away by a shooting flame. 18 And the earth have We spread out, and placed therein firm hills, and caused each seemly thing to grow therein. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 Of all things there are We have the stores, and send them down in determined measure. 21 We send fertilizing winds, and then cause rain to descend from the sky, providing you abundant water to drink even though you could not have stored it up for yourselves. 22 And surely, it is We who give life and make to die. We are the Inheritor. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
