It is We Who have set out the zodiacal signs in the heavens, and made them fair-seeming to (all) beholders; 16 and We have guarded it from every accursed devil: 17 excepting such as listens by stealth -- and he is pursued by a manifest flame. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 to provide you and those for whose sustenance you are not responsible, with the necessities of life. 20 And there is not a thing, but with Us are the stores thereof. And We send it not down except in a known measure. 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 Lo! and it is We, even We, Who quicken and give death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 To Us are known those of you who hasten forward, and those who lag behind. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
