And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud. 26 and the jinn created We before of fire flaming. 27 And recall what time thy Lord said unto the angels: verily I am about to create a man from ringing clay of loam moulded. 28 When I have shaped him and ran My created soul in him fall down prostrating towards him'. 29 The angels bowed in homage in a body 30 Except Iblees, he refused to be with those who prostrated. 31 [Allah] said, O Iblees, what is [the matter] with you that you are not with those who prostrate?" 32 Iblis replied, "I did not want to prostrate before a human being whom You have created out of mud-moulded clay". 33 [Allah] said, "Then get out of it, for indeed, you are expelled. 34 and there shall be a curse upon you till the Day of Recompense." 35 "O my Lord," said he, "give me respite till the day the dead are raised." 36 (Allah) said: "Respite is granted thee 37 unto the day of a known time.' 38 Iblis said, "Lord, because you have caused me to go astray, I shall make earthly things attractive to (people) and mislead all of them 39 Except the chosen ones among Your creatures." 40 He (Allah) said: 'This is for Me the Right Path 41 and you have no authority over My servants except the erring ones who follow you. 42 being perverse; Gehenna shall be their promised land all together. 43 "It (Hell) has seven gates, for each of those gates is a (special) class (of sinners) assigned. 44
