Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in the midst of gardens and fountains: 45 (Their greeting will be): "Enter ye here in peace and security." 46 We shall remove all rancor from their hearts, and as brethren they shall recline on couches face to face. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ (O Prophet), declare to My servants that I am indeed Ever Forgiving, Most Merciful. 49 But My punishment is surely a painful one. 50 Tell them about the guests of Abraham 51 When they came to him and said: "Peace," he answered: "Truly we are afraid of you." 52 They said: "Fear not! We give thee glad tidings of a son endowed with wisdom." 53 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "Do you give me glad tidings (of a son) when old age has overtaken me? Of what then is your news?" 54 They replied: 'In truth we have given you glad tidings, do not be one of those who despair' 55 He replied: 'And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, except those that are astray? 56 Abraham said: "What then is the business on which ye (have come), O ye messengers (of Allah)?" 57 They said: We have been sent unto a guilty folk, 58 "Excepting the adherents of Lut: them we are certainly (charged) to save (from harm),- All - 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
